HOW IT WORKS
So you like what you see! Now what? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered:
STEP 1: NICE TO MEET YOU
Book an appointment and we will grab a coffee together. Here you can share all your ideas, wants and needs.
Can’t meet up? Not a problem, we can consult via email and telephone too.
STEP 2: QUOTATION & DEPOSIT
Now that we have a good idea of what you want, a detailed quote will be sent to you.
If you accept, a 50% deposit must be payed before designing commences.
Once payment has been received we will send you a small checklist of details we need from you in order to get started with your stationery.
STEP 3: DESIGN & PRODUCTION (WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS)
A few design options will be sent to you electronically. Changes can be made according to your feedback. Please don’t hesitate to provide us with as much feedback as possible to ensure that you are 100% happy with all the goodies for your big day.
Once you have signed off your final digital proof you will receive a final physical proof to sign-off after which production will commence.
In the case if E-vites, unfortunately this is where our journey will end.
STEP 4: DELIVERY (TA-DA)
Once your stationery is complete we will arrange for collection/delivery.
We aim to work within your deadline and to deliver your goodies to you as soon as possible (because we know how exciting it is).
Please note that final payment must be made before your final order is delivered.
